"My traverse was recalled due to the water pump. I spoke with Donna I believe is her name in customer service. And she was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever encountered with any customer service person. Wow, what a great help she was along with calling back and explaining every detail needed. She set me an appointment as well with Mike. He was just as nice and pleasant. Very nice to be able to go and have nice friendly people to work with. Job well done. Thank you."
