"I was browsing your website for used cars for our son Ethan when a screen popped up to chat with one of your Internet sales associates. Mitch Lickey asked how he could help. We had not had much luck finding a dealership we could trust with a car we could afford. Cable-Dahmer was a different experience — in the best way. After telling him our story, Mitch assured me that he would hand pick a used car associate that would treat us well. We made an appointment to come out the next day to the Noland Road location to see a few cars I was interested in learning about. Mitch had Micky Rowland work with us. Micky took the list of cars I had printed out to consider. We looked at a 2007 Saturn Ion first. Without having seen my list of cars beforehand, Micky knew so much about the car already. There was no "let me check on that for you and I'll get back to you on that." She answered all of our questions. We looked at a couple more cars on our list, but kept coming back to the Saturn. After a quick test drive, we knew that was the one we wanted. We were really just planning to look that day, but we left with a beautiful car and a happy son. I rated the whole experience a 5 out of 5. We couldn't be more pleased. We have three children, and I know where we'll be coming the next time we need a car and who we'll be calling. Micky has a customer for life now!"
